BACKGROUND :

There are no legal documents or government records under Eli's name dating before 2009/██/██. The only valid identification in Eli's possession (excluding military license and/or military-issued identification) is a German drivers license, which is his earliest dated record. It is unclear how he managed to acquire this license while lacking any other documents. There are no hospital records or birth certificates under his name, and DNA testing came back ███████.Nothing else has been recorded, and Eli refuses to answer further questioning. In exchange for his incredibly efficient service and skillset, this lack of intel has been pardoned.

ENLISTMENT DETAILS :

Eli's name was officially logged on ████/██/██, where he was quickly moved up the ranks due to his proficiency on the field. He was eventually transferred into a European Joint Task Force (Known then as TF664-09, now known as ███████) Under the command of Lieutenant Lev "Camo" ████████ (DECEASED). After the █████████████ incident, Eli was scheduled to be discharged from service due to lack of active deployment and rapid deterioration of behaviour, until he was offered a spot within Task Force 8118 by Captain Apollo. He was offered promotions multiple times, however chose to reject them and keep such offers discrete.Since his enlistment with TF8118, Eli's performance has improved drastically. When questioned on his current position, Eli gave this statement:"Hopefully I get to stay here. I don't really want to be transferred or anything, I like where I'm at."No further comments were made, and Eli politely declined further questioning.Eli has consistently refused any and all contact with his old squadron, despite repeated attempts from his former commander.

BEHAVIOURAL RECORD :

According to multiple records and documents, Eli had shown constant antisocial behaviors, as well as hostility towards allies and disregard for orders. This behavior continued for the majority of his time in TF664-09, to which Captain ████████ considered discharging Eli from his service.Lt. Camo was able to convince the Captain to hold off on any filing for discharge, and Eli began to show improvement. While Eli remained unwilling to socialize, he began to show better obedience to commands, and the Brass became more tolerant of his behaviour in light of better performance.After the "Lone Wolf" incident, Eli briefly reverted back to his hostile demeanour. Lieutenant Camo eventually addressed this, however there were no logs or recordings supplied on the conversation between them. Following this conversation, Eli's behaviour improved at a much more rapid pace, however he remained stiff in social situations.Any progress achieved by the Lieutenant Camo and any close allies was then reset after the █████████████ incident.No further improvement in behaviour was logged until after Eli's transfer into TF8118. From brief reports from his current Lieutenant, there have been grand developments. His peers have noted otherwise - deeming him as 'a terrifying presence' and often being uncomfortable in his company. Although Hound has never been hostile to his team and considers them all in positive light, the same cannot be said about other's opinions on him.
